1. How To Start Your Service
*Send us your $150
deposit and new customer form.
*We will deliver your
supplies 2 weeks before your baby is due.
* Send us an email
when you are ready for your first pick-up.
*If your baby is too
big for the diapers, let us know and we will bring the next size.
2. How Do Counts
Work?
*Your service is
based on your “standing order”. This can be anywhere from 10-100 diapers per
week.
*Every week, you will
write your “clean count” on a sticker and put it on your bag. This tells us how many CLEAN diapers are left
in your home on pick-up day. We use this
to determine how many more you need the next week. If you forget, just email it to us!
* If you have a lot
of cleans left over on pick-up day, tell us to “drop your count” in increments
of 10 diapers. If you are running out, tell us to “raise your count” in
increments of 10 diapers.
*No matter how many
diapers you use each week, you pay for your standing order. We make sure that you have at least this many
cleans at home each week.

What Should I Do To My Dirty Diapers?
NOTHING! Drop them in
the white plastic bag we have given you just as they came off of your
baby. Do not soak or dunk. You can dump poop if you wish, but you
don’t have to. Keep this bag in a cool place, and sprinkle with baking
soda in the hotter months.

What About Wraps/Diaper Covers?
You will need a cover
to hold your diapers on the baby. You
can rent wraps from us or you can get your own. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN
WRAPS that you are using each week. You launder these yourself with
your regular laundry – closed tabs, no bleach, no perfumes, medium heat!

How Does Delivery Day Work?
*Have your diapers
out for us by 7:00 am. The night before
works best!
* We will come and
pick up your soils, record your clean count (how many clean diapers you
still have at home) from the sticker on the bag, and drop off your
cleans. *We pack these orders
a couple of days in advance and no changes can be made on-the-spot, as the
driver does not carry extra supplies.
*If there is a
mistake in your order, we will either fix it in a day or two or there will be
no charge or a reduced charge for the week.
*If you forgot, keep diapers out
of the heat and apply extra baking soda to the bag. PLEASE e-mail your clean count to us anyway!
*We do not charge for vacation
weeks, when we skip you. Pick up only service is charged at $6.50 per pick-up. You will be charged $10 for your final pickup.
5. What If I Am Out of Town?
If you are going to be away from home you can request either a:
VACATION HOLD: We do not pick up soils or drop off cleans and there is no charge for the week(s) that you are on hold. Limit 4 consecutive weeks.
PICK-UP ONLY: We pick up your soiled diapers but do not drop off any cleans that week. Charge for this service is $6.50. Limit two consecutive weeks and 10 per year.
QUIT SERVICE: We pick up all supplies and do not leave any new ones. Charge of $6.50 will apply.
6. HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER? Just send us an email with instructions by noon on Friday before the delivery. If we get it later than this, it might have to wait another week.
5. What If I Am Out of Town?
If you are going to be away from home you can request either a:
VACATION HOLD: We do not pick up soils or drop off cleans and there is no charge for the week(s) that you are on hold. Limit 4 consecutive weeks.
